Student’s sociology club Discrepany is an association of sociology students studying at the Faculty of humanities and social sciences of the University of Zagreb. In it’s activities, the Club works in cooperation with the Faculty and the Department in order to protect student rights, as well as to help students in the organization of professional activities. On it’s own, the Club works on organizing professional student conferences, publishes professional content and participates in public debates. Finally, the Club is a central place of recreational and leisure activities for the students of Sociology at the Faculty.
The goal of the Club is to build a productive and fruitful network of students at the Faculty, in order to create a more pleasant and productive student life, as well as to promote the profession and social science in the public sphere.
